Course One:
Whitefish Chowder - A cup of Creamy Homemade Whitefish Chowder with Diced Potatoes & Vegetables. Served with Crackers.
Wedge Salad - A wedge of Iceberg Lettuce Topped with Avocado, Candied Bacon, Crumbled Blue Cheese, Cherry Tomatoes, & a Homemade French Dressing.
Stuffed Shrimp - Three Jumbo Shrimp Stuffed with Crab, Wrapped in Bacon, Pan Seared, & Served on a small bed of Mixed Greens with a Hollandaise Sauce.

Course Two:
Rosemary Mac & Cheese - Cavatappi Pasta Tossed in a Homemade Rosemary & Herb Cheese Sauce with Cherry Tomatoes & Mushrooms, the Topped with Scallions.
Rainbow Trout - A Rainbow Trout Filet. Sauteed, & Topped with a Dijon Mushroom Cream Sauce & Scallions. Accompanied with Wild Rice Pilaf & Sauteed Garlic Spinach.
Flat Iron Pork Steaks - Pork Steaks Covered in a Homemade Rub, Pan Seared & Glazed with a Bourbon BBQ Sauce then Topped with Haystack Onions. Accompanied with Fingerling Potatoes & Roasted Carrots.

Course Three:
Lemon Raspberry Cake - An individual Lemon Cake with Raspberry Compote Swirled throughout & Topped with Raspberry Frosting & Whipped Cream.
Turtle Sundae Chocolate Cake - An individual Chocolate Cake with a Vanilla Cream Filling, Frosted, & Topped with Pecans & Caramel. Served ala mode.
Cherry Cheesecake - An individual Cheesecake Topped with Cherries.

Honey BBQ Chicken Wrap Your Choice of either Char Griled or Crispy Chicken, Havarti Cheese, Homemade Cole Slaw, Tomato, & a Honey BBQ Sauce Wrapped in a Tomato Tortilla.  Accompanied with Homemade Potato Chips.
